Friendly environment. Plenty of smart people to learn from. Good opportunities to move around the different jobs regardless of your degree. Work flexibility and time off is great! Every other Friday off with 11 holidays plus vacation time

Lots of layoffs and company mergers. Morale is low due to constant organizational changes. Management changes constantly as well as company priorities

Advice to Management

Work on boosting employee morale
