L-3 Communications – “MPRI division of L-3 Communications not worth working for.”
3 of 3 people found this helpfulPros
Job locations located throughout the world (Europe, United States, Middle East, etc.). L-3 Communications is a large organization with the possibility to transfer either laterally or vertically within the company.
Cons
Management is not interested in contributing to their employee’s professional growth, job happiness or other concerns brought up by staff. Management is frequently dishonest about bonuses, pay increases and promotions. Also, management is frequently incompetent when it comes to correctly compensating employees on a bi-weekly basis and subsequently fixing those errors.
Advice to Senior Management
At least in the MPRI division, management should learn to treat their employees more professionally, with respect and more honestly.

As for management, chain of command is unclear, with frequent buck passing taking place. Employee phone calls and email are not returned by management.
Employee dissatisfaction at my location is high. The result of all this will be loss of employees, and loss of contracts. The Customer has also expressed discontent. Any positions with MPRI will not be for a long-term basis.
