    Lots of contracts to support
Lots of opportunity to make overtime
    coworkers are friendly and helpful

    Cons

Management out of touch with workers
Very slim advancement opportunities unless you are in the in group
lots of nepotism out there, still rely heavily on the good ole boy system
very easy to get get fired, always have to be on your toes .
They pay bad, for what the job entails and do not want to negotiate on salary

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start advancing and mentoring your employees to become the next stars of management. Treat your people better, not everyone wants to work 80 hours a week and work weekends either.
