    Pros

There is a sincere sense of Comraderie, A big family type atmosphere where there are monthly celebration in the departments for birthdays, and a bi-monthly "pizza" day where management buys pizzas for the entire department. Annualy catered summer "bar-b-ques" in the parking lot for 4th of July "shutdown.

    Cons

Job is very Demanding with long hours and is stressful when a project is under time constraints.
There is a lot of pressure from management to get the project completed quickly and correctly ... "get it done right and get it done now"
