Interesting company, more of a holding company than a organized corporation

Pros

Generous salaries (atleast in the DC area)`

Cons

Again not Centrally organized thus internal competition is viscous between divisions.

    Pros

Benefits are adequate and HR issues are handled in a somewhat timely fashion.

    Cons

Management does not care who you are unless you are a family member. Micro-management at its finest. Unrealistic time constraints on government projects while undermanned in an industry that can and has cost people their lives. Poor communication, poor compensation for experience level and even though human factors are preached, they are not practiced. No accountability for upper management on a site level.

    Advice to Management

Take responsibility for the company instead of placing blame on the workers.

    Pros

Location is a good one. Seeing your product working when viewing launches. Have good relations with other workers that help you when asked questions.

    Cons

Working with an established core of workers. Not open to new ideas, unless they think of it. Easy to point fingers when problems arise.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the worker bees. We see and deal with all the problems, not too much on the gratitude/good side of the job or projects.
