Pros

Great company to work for and I would enjoy working for them again. Good people caring for one another and taking pride in their job.

Cons

Executive Management could have made better decisions as to restructure, but overall, they do seem to care about their people.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do the best you can while preparing for the worst. Look at what *IS* working, and not what is not. Focus your attention on maintaining the advantage in these trying times. Do what you do best..... innovate!

I have been working at L-3 Communications

    Pros

Money and benefits are great. Most of the people are great and knowledgeable.

    Cons

There is always a black cloud overhead called "downsizing." Because the pay is so nice, this place gets termed "the golden hand-cuffs," meaning you could find another job to get away from the cloud but the pay wouldn't be as good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management makes employees feel like they are lucky to have a job. Their attitude is way out of touch with the workforce. A little respect goes a long way!
