“I really enjoyed working for L3”
Former Employee – worked at L-3 Communications
Pros – Great company to work for and I would enjoy working for them again. Good people caring for one another and taking pride in their job.
Cons – Executive Management could have made better decisions as to restructure, but overall, they do seem to care about their people.
Advice to Senior Management – Do the best you can while preparing for the worst. Look at what *IS* working, and not what is not. Focus your attention on maintaining the advantage in these trying times. Do what you do best..... innovate!
