Great place to work and learn

Senior Manager (Current Employee)
Rockwall, TX

ProsL-3 has many projects to work on and opportunities to learn new things and grow with the company. There are opportunities to make a difference for the company.

ConsToo many irons in the fire and too few resources to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner. Company needs to be more willing to expend money to achieve project completion within reasonable timeframe.

Advice to Senior ManagementIn order to make money you need to be more willing to expend some money. There are many areas where the company can achieve a very nice ROI and payback period on some projects.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
