Current Employee – been working at L-3 Communications

Pros – L-3 has many projects to work on and opportunities to learn new things and grow with the company. There are opportunities to make a difference for the company.

Cons – Too many irons in the fire and too few resources to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner. Company needs to be more willing to expend money to achieve project completion within reasonable timeframe.

Advice to Senior Management – In order to make money you need to be more willing to expend some money. There are many areas where the company can achieve a very nice ROI and payback period on some projects.
