very little opportunity for advancement
poor communication all around
availability requirements for scheduling purposes make it difficult to achieve work life balance
the yearly review process for employees needs to be upgraded because it does nothing to show how invaluable employees are to the company
leaders give everybody the same generic review

Management needs to take a close look at leadership and the skills that they do have and don't hang on to inept leaders forever.
