Pros

I was placed at the prodcution plant in Pune. It was one of the most well organised plant I have seen in India. The work culture is very healthy there, and the people are great.

Cons

The work culture is a bit too relaxed. It was fun, but there was a certain lack of motivation to work after a little while as everybody from the bottom up is a bit too relaxed.

    Pros

They give you a lot of responsibility. Fast-paced environment. Great learning school for marketing.

    Cons

The pay is quite low pay. It will only increase when you get a promotion. The environment is very political and that increases when you go up the ladder. Working hours are long.

    Advice to Management

Managers need to be less self-centered. They should give less weight to politics and more to real achievements.
