Typical bluechip organisation. All strategic decisions decentralised to UK.

    I worked at L'Oréal

    Pros

You will be able to meet people from diverse cultures and background. For girls, this may just be the dream land as it has everything to do with being beautiful and presentable.

    Cons

I sometimes feel that they lack manpower as they have limited working space and thus, only able to accommodate the few. Yet, it's still a great place to work and learn from experienced people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't exactly have any advise as I find the leadership and working condition pretty good. Except maybe, increase in manpower.
