I have been working at L'Oréal USA

    Pros

Looks good on a resume as most companies will know how much loyalty, determination and personal/professional strength it takes to stay with a company such as L'Oreal. Benefits are great but at what sacrifice?

    Cons

Be prepared to work 12-15 hour days. Know that you will be penalized for starting or having a family as you will not advance. If you don't "play the L'Oreal game" you will be forced out and professional integrity will be slandered throughout all levels of the company. You can never trust HR, they will always side with upper management (your voice will never be heard & you will be penalized for voicing your concerns). Turn over is very high and if your not in Marketing, there is no career path or support for advancement.
