    I worked at L&M Technologies

    Pros

    The company offers services within many high technology areas. Employee recognition for achievements is excellent and there are no salary caps on compensation. In all fairness it should be noted that I left the company in 2000 and employment conditions may differ from those I describe.

    Cons

    Although pay and benefits were very good, management of people (at least within my division) was completely political when it came to advancement. Also there was zero discipline for people that did not pull their own weight. I guess I would blame this largely on Senior management and HR deficiencies.

    Need to get more involved with the performance of your people and implement more effective performance metrics.
