Nice company to work with, having clients who are Big names in Industry and Brand Name.

Project Leader (Former Employee)
Mumbai (India)

Pros+ Have plenty of Onsite Opportunities if you are flexible for different type of work.
+ Global exposure to develop multiple skills
+ nice training programs to groom technically, communication and behaviorally.
+ Nice culture with multiple celebrations of festivals at BU levels and at company level, multiple Employee recreational activities, good transport facility

Cons- Very less or no clarity on the time duration of onsite assignment and very short notice when sending onsite affects employee's family life.
- Many a times there is a lot of shuffle of short projects causing resources to move from one technology to another. It affect in long term as the skill set for the resource may not develop well.
- The offshore salary growth is very slow for some Business Units, and you keep hearing from the Sr managers that since the BU's PAT is not much, the BU appraisals are less.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease have 360 degree review of people who are at client site and responsible for the whole team at onsite. Top management in offshore should have direct contacts with onsite employees at least once a year to know their problems and real issues.
Many a times the onsite coordinator or onsite marketing persons are inefficient, do a lot of micromanagement and have low personal values for others which affects employee's throughput. They should not overshadow onsite employees and hide the real issues from Top management.
