A Company with Great Potential - Unfortunately Terrible or Missing Managment Leadership

Program Manager (Current Employee) Belleville, MI

ProsGood manufacturing footprint, and lots of potential. Sadly the cons out-weigh the Pros,

ConsNO work life balance. Absolutely ZERO processes/procedures in place to manage your responsibilities. Senior Management does not seem to be able to make decisions based on the long term effect, and does not have any interest in building a team oriented environment.

Advice to Senior ManagementYour team members are not simply cogs in a wheel.... to reach full potential, the correct people with the correct skill sets need to be in the right positions. If growth is to continue, business cannot continue to be managed the same way it was when L & W was a small, home-grown, family based company.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
