I worked at LA Fitness part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Free membership and there are no other benefits at this job. They will not even discount a membership for your spouse.

    Cons

They expect you to work all day everyday. You only get paid when you train so either you go home when you don't have clients or workout. Driving back and forth takes a tool on gas money. Not worth it at all for the way they treat you!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your trainers more and let them work a schedule that makes clients happy and wall as keeping a balance in their own life.
