Pros

Free membership with ability to bring up to 2 guests, and also able to go to any LA Fitness in the world.

Cons

Slow work days and only about 3-4 hours a day mostly late at night with 1 day off. You get paid every 15 days so its kind of bogus.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you're gonna bring in a security position with a starting rate of $10/hour please accommodate them with more hours. They may get paid more per hour but they are making less than minimum wage.

    Pros

Nothing, management was narrow minded and dishonest

    Cons

They pay $7.50 for 30 minute session. The gym let all top trainers go from Bally's. Was with Bally's fro 12 years. LA Fitness, 2 weeks then laid off
