Pros

Easy to get hired. Good place to pick up some experience. Personal Training is Fun!

Cons

You don't get paid very much, only by the half hour and only when you have a client. Say you only have 4 half hour sessions in 4 hours then you will only make 28 dollars at $7 a half hour and there are no raises.

Advice to Management

I had no problems with management but then again i didn't work there very long.

    Pros

Nothing, management was narrow minded and dishonest

    Cons

They pay $7.50 for 30 minute session. The gym let all top trainers go from Bally's. Was with Bally's fro 12 years. LA Fitness, 2 weeks then laid off
