    Pros

    It's great working for a corporation that strives to not only please and serve their guests but who also want to please and support their employees.

    Flexible with scheduling.

    There are many advancement opportunities along with relocation.

    Cons

    There isn't any cons to mention. To receive any benefits you must be full time. Vacation kicks in once one has reached their 1yr mark.

    I appreciate all the the divisions of the company. Everyone of them has been helpful in the past and are quick to respond and be of aid.

    Pros

    Its a good job if you like dealing with people, and also It's pay pretty good. Those who really want to become a professional in the hospitality area.

    Cons

    Cant Really have a life while working here. Managers call you even if you are off the clock, to dialogues about work. Salary's and hours are depending the relationship with the manager, an not how good your job is.

    RVP and manager Should give more respect to there employees, and stop talking crap about each other.
