    Pros

    Great structured company, great values and lots of opportunity for growth. It is really run as a family, not a cliché.

    Cons

    Like in any customer service based industry, some positions have a very high-stress level.

    Continue to live by your values and doing it the Laz way.

    I worked at LAZ parking full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Upper Management is great! Always there to assist and help you improve. They are reasonable and rational. Room for growth is there but will require substantial time before this happens. Pay is decent. Very much depends on which property you are at.

    Cons

    Talk of a bigger game than they execute. They are a large company with resources but training and ability to use said resources is minimal and under very specific criteria.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Training is key. Give property managers the tools to succeed right from the start. Stand behind your managers 100%. When a client is difficult upper management should step in and say what needs to be said without being afraid of upsetting them.
