Surrounded by people who are willing to work really hard.
Cons
Really long hours, lack of training, very frustrating, "too many architects and not enough brick layers", to them its all about work, don't care about your personal life.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to your employees, understand that policies from Korea will not work in America. Happy employees will work harder, longer and will actually care about their work. Stressful employees cause unhappy employees who will just drag along til 5pm. I mean look at the turn over rate, that should tell you something...

I see more Korean management understanding about personal life while more American management (directors per say) only care about themselves and trying impress Korean upper management. I even see Directors playing video games for hours at a time while other employees are working hard through out the day. I see these bad things more from American upper management and not Korean management. Being non Korean, I am more happy with strict Korean policy than unhappiness and stress from American management
