    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Good compensation. Good training of employees. Innovative and well respected company.

    Cons

No longer has a unifying vision. Lack of clarity and alignment in supply chain between Korea and United States mean supply chain management is virtually impossible.

    Advice to Management

Pick distribution strategies that work and are based on customer loyalty rather than volume.

  2. The company will probably continue to grow quickly in the US despite an abundance of lackluster and 2nd rate management.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

A quickly growing brand in the US market with plenty of room to grow

    Cons

Exceptionally poor communication between the local US subsidiary and corporate divisions in Korea leads to lack of trust from local employees and customers.

    Advice to Management

Quickly promote innovators and leaders with a more global outlook. Get rid of the many dinosaurs in management that spend all their time focusing on internal politics and no time thinking about customers, innovation and fast execution.
