Former Employee – worked at LION

Pros – The hours are spectacular. You arrive at 5:15 am and leave at 2:30 pm. It can be difficult at first to wake that early, but you get accustomed to it pretty quickly. And because you are done so early, you get the rest of the day for golf, gym, happy hour, etc.

Cons – The senior management is a bit of a juxtaposition, in that they never really managed anything, with the one exception of managing to run the stock price into the ground and lay off half of our division. Other than that, the job's great and the people were fun to work with.

Advice to Senior Management – It would have been nice if we could run our own division and not have executive decisions coming from people who had no clue what we were doing, on an operational point of view.
