LRN has some of the most dedicated people who have to operate in the face of adversity as senior management is lacking ability to stick with one strategy.
Cons
Constant changes in strategy requires employees to waste a lot of time on initiatives/products that are not fully thought through.
Advice to Senior Management
Pick a strategy and stick with it for more than 6 months. Find a way to reduce turnover at all levels of the organization.
