Stagnant

Designer (Current Employee)

I have been working at LRS Architects

ProsLocation of firm and the actual office space. A fine group of co-workers.

ConsPay is below Portland standards. It is a creatively stifling work environment. A "that's how we've always done it" mentality runs deep.

Advice to Senior ManagementDaily operations need to be reviewed and a better system put into place. Projects suffer and employees suffer in the current condition of employee moral.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Pros: More chances for working on green building design and senior housing… Cons: hmm...no big cons... just need more experience in China, no… Advice to Senior Management: needs more experienced Architects to support the work. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
