The job is good mixing with ground crew and air nz staff plus different aircraft types.
Airport enviroment fantastic.

Cons

Rostering sucks.Management think they are gods and do not speak up about any concerns that may affect us.

Advice to Senior Management

Respect staff.We are at the coal face of the company and make the company work.
