    Pros

A great company that cares about its people. I appreciate the flexible schedule and the family friendly environment. Job training and resources for advancement are always being offered. The only thing that will stop your career is you.

    Cons

Current business model requires every employee to contribute quite a bit of work daily in order to keep things moving. The variety of work is good but can be overwhelming if not managed well.

    Advice to Management

Keep moving forward with current strategy. We've seen great things in the last few years and we'd like to see them continue to get better and more secure.
