“Great culture and great coworkers”
Current Employee – been working at LSI full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Open and transparent culture. Clear decision making. Executives that care and are responsive. Great coworkers.
Cons – The main downside used to be the outdated office space, but we just moved into an awesome new building in San Jose and it is great!
Advice to Senior Management – Company is on the right path, just continue it.
