Pros

People here were so nice and very responsible.
Very well organized and strong quality control
Lots of things to learn for me as I joined with only one year

Cons

I miss LSI Logic before. Things were so many changes after frequent layoff and merge with Agere.

    I worked at LSI full-time

    Pros

Chance to get introduced to cutting edge Technologies. Chance to take good ownership in work. Good compensation.

    Cons

No team work. Bad work culture. Managers are biased and rude. Official discussions happen in local languages. Bad Food. Inter-team shifting is not possible. Absolutely no avenues to improve knowledge scope beyond your own domain of expertise. Low Job safety.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Frequently reach out to all employees and keep them updated with current business situation and future scope of the BU.
