think more about the long term damage caused by shifting labor forces between BUs at a too fast pace and follow a more organic transition to keep key knowledge and experience in the company.

I have been working at LSI full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Storage and networking sectors are still good. Co-workers and low level management are friendly, knowledgeable. Not too much stress and overwork, helping to keep a balanced family life.

    Cons

It's not a company make you feel proud of. Upper management keeps doing re-org sounds only benefit their own. No budge for team building or morale lifting, stagnate day by day.
