    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    - good compensation and consistent bonus program
    - opportunities to drive new ideas and responsibilities
    - visible year around planning process
    - understandable and solid product strategy

    Cons

    - stock price does not want to go up
    - annual layoff
    - driving expense management at all costs
    - executive management not fully connected with working level (some ivory tower culture)

    Advice to Management

think more about the long term damage caused by shifting labor forces between BUs at a too fast pace and follow a more organic transition to keep key knowledge and experience in the company.
