I have been working at LSU full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great university atmosphere, fun campus, great department leadership

    Cons

The LSU AgCenter hires the inept, incompetent and middle school mentality leadership. If you are lazy and incompetent you will be promoted and given a raise. If you do your job and are competent you will be asked to carry the incompetent and will be expected to complete your responsibilities as well as others. Leadership makes decisions that they are not qualified to make and will not consult with those that have the knowledge. Not a sustainable entity!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire and promote based off of qualifications and accomplishments, rather than those you think you can manipulate.

    You learn a lot
Not much more to put here. Its a PhD program.

    Cons

I don't know what they expect me to put here when there are absolutely no cons, IMO, to getting your PhD. It is difficult and takes a while?
