I worked at LTS Hospitality Management full-time (more than a year)


Decent number of properties w/ which to work. Upper management has high # of combined years in the hospitality industry.


Do not care about employees. Offer horrible, high priced, low coverage insurance. No other benefits, except 1 week vacation, which does not increase after years of service. Treat every employee as if they know nothing, and DO NOT value employee input, ideas, etc. Show NO employee appreciation, whether that be in words (Good job here and there), bonuses, personal acknowledgments, achievements, or any form of appreciation. They offer little to no training before tossing you to the wolves (so to speak). Also, a # of the properties they manage, are ill funded and run done, and have no plans to fix, maintain, or bring them up in way, form or fashion.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show a little more empathy and compassion for your employee's. Have an open mind and be able to take suggestions with a willing mind and open ears. If someone disagree's w/ something and they have an idea on how to improve something within the company, even if you don't use the
suggestion, at least acknowledge the fact that your employee's care enough to bring up the suggestion. If you show your employee's that they are valuable to your company and the goal in which you want to reach, loyalty and hard work from them will prevail.
