I have been working at La Sierra University

    Pros

The staff and faculty at La Sierra are consistently friendly and helpful, to the best of their abilities. The small school environment makes it easy to get to know the key people that you need to deal with.

    Cons

The small school situation is sometimes a little podunk, and the University tends to be overly conservative. Generally speaking, though, it is a good place to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to offer more full-time tenure track positions, but then, so does every other institution of higher learning. For the cost that the students pay, they really deserve full-time staff.

Not a bad place to work, but not somewhere to work forever.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Security officers and on-call supervisors can't expect not to be called during their time off.
