LabCorp – “New to Labcorp. I'm hoping for the best but prepared for the worst.”

Pros

So far , flexible hours and a hands off approach by supervision.I do not know what to expect but I have researched Labcorp as much as possible on the internet and in person. Overall employees and former employees seem to lean toward a negative opinion of the company. I will say this about them: In this economy and in this area of the country (midwest) they are hiring - the reason they are hiring here, I was told, is because they are growing.

Cons

Haven't had enough time or exposure to develop an opinion about company one way or another.

Advice to Senior Management

Please communicate better down the chain of command and allow for an exchange, don't just dictate.
