Department was chaotic, lack of consistency. Too many "chiefs" with differing styles and ideas.

Pros

Decent benefits and pay, flexible schedule, fun co-workers.

Cons

Management is all over the place. Let "bad" employees get away with murder and stick it to the "good" employees. No consistency or accountability.

I worked at LabCorp full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The managers and supervisors are very dedicated and strive to meet operational goals.

    Cons

Lack of corporate support. Hiring freezes occur every year, most often when staffing is low and work loads are heavy. Most of the hourly employees are unhappy and drama is everywhere. Oh my word...the drama.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more employees. Give employee a reason to enjoy working for LC.
