Management is terrible,no structure to rules and regulations,People with no license still have a job,Senior Service Reps dont take reports and dont do the routes the way they should be done.Its a circus minus the animals.

Advice to Senior Management

Fire and Rehire a new management team.Maybe Labcorp should pay the people who actually do the work of maintaining the clients on a daily basis a decent raise.Its funny the CEO gets a million dollar bonus and I have to pay more for the company car,lose my pension,and have to keep a smile and enjoy doing a good job for this company.
