LabCorp – “Overworked and under paid”

Pros

The insurance is very reasonable as are the other benefits.

Cons

Communication is horrible. They make you terrified to make a mistake which can possibly cause more mistakes. They never give a cost of living raise. They expect us to be loyal to labcorp but do not give us any incentives. We are expected to work with a short staff but not have any overtime. All they are worried about is the bottom line and not their employees.

Advice to Senior Management

Give us more positive feedback instead of making us fear of losing our jobs. They give very small raises and expect people to live on that. I think they need to reevaluate their pay scale process.
