    Pros

No good Comments for the branch I worked in. Policies and procedures are not followed so therefore the Branch Mgr. should not have the job.

    Cons

Over worked, under paid, neglectful people in charge.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Might want to keep a closer watch on your branch managers to be sure they are actually out in the field doing their jobs and not sitting at home or out doing some extra ciricular activities having nothing to do with the business

    Pros

You can work different shifts, daily different jobs, week long jobs, monthly jobs, and even work jobs that leads to permanent employee with the company.

    Cons

The cons are, if you turn down a job. You are unlikely to be given another type of job. And if you do not have a car, your chances of getting work are greatly reduced.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of playing favorites, use a first come first out plan. Unless the employee is returning to a previos company they have worked for before.
