Pros

Great to be paid so quickly. Rarely have to travel more than ten miles to go to work.

Cons

The hourly rate is not the best.

Advice to Management

Management should try to get more money to the laborers. We are the core of the business.

    Pros

After my experience, I don't believe I can think of one, even if I tried hard.

    Cons

The contracted jobs are not long enough, there is never any consistency, and its all for only 8.00 dollars an hour. Then you have to deal with the staff's power and authority games, along with their favoritism games when jobs do come up. The office I worked out off, was constantly signing people up,and saying that there was always work.Bunch of people waited, no work...

    Advice to Management

Pay your workers more than 8.00 because jobs are not consistent and are often short periods; especially when the company profits alot from your employees hard work.Screen and constantly watch and monitor staff thats left in charge. It's amazing what TITLES do to EGOS!!
