I worked at Labor Ready part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

If they can get you work it's great. I was lucky I love what I do. The company I worked with was great too.
Hard work very busy at times but management really helped out.

    Cons

No seniority, you're at the mercy of staffing if you get a job over someone else. Low pay. Can be stressful dealing with temporary workers, but you learn how to deal with all kinds of people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is tough. They should show appreciation for a job well done or your loyalty, A kind word now and then would really be appreciated.
