ProsThey pay employees well. A large corporation that moves slow. Too many managers afraid to make changes or suggest changes to improve business.

ConsA large corporation that moves slow. Lafarge has a lot of high paid employess that produce very little. Top heavy

Advice to Senior ManagementCut upper management and hire lower paid employees that will get the job done. Too many sales people that do not produce or stay in contact with current customer base.
