“Strong company undergoing radical HR change”
Former Employee – worked at Lafarge full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Professional, great people, fantastic learning ground for people out of school. Strong data & ERP. Very sophisticated HR & culture.
Cons – Lots of travel, bureacracy, questionable international appointments. Undergoing radical changes and restruturing though.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop the restructuring!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
