A great deal of expectations with little pay.

I have been working at Lahey Health Behavioral Services

    Pros

NBHP benefitted from the Lahey conglomeration.

    Cons

Maybe the Lahey conglomerate has a good image, but it treats the mental health employees very poorly. Management's response is 'industry standards' that's unfortunate, sad, and leads many to leave. I hope if I ever needed medical assistance at Lahey it wouldn't be just standard, come to think of it I probably can't afford to get sick!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When all is said and done most people make little more that minimum wage here (subtract insurance and taxes from the low-paying jobs), and actually are entitled to state assistance - does that seem odd. If you wonder why orientations happen every week it is due to the high turnover of employees. Please work towards just wages for the people you say your appreciate.
