I have been working at Laird Technologies full-time

    Pros

Very few, the benefits package is slightly better than average.

    Cons

Poor compensation, No training, Long hours, High stress, There are few resources available to complete the tasks assigned. Upper management sets unrealistic goals and provides no strategy/direction on how they will be attained. The company uses acquisitions to grow and this has resulted in no common culture, frequent re-organizations and poorly integrated systems. Finally, opportunities for advancement are few.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your employees and systems. Provide adequate resources to fully integrate newly acquired companies into the company. Improve communications from upper management on the direction of the company.
