“It was a learning experience through co workers and the job atmosphere”
Current Employee – been working at Lakeland Regional Medical Center full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good benefits, close to my house
Cons – A big Peyton place, everybody gossiping about their days off and not concerned with the patients. on the computer on their cell phones playing Angry Birds or whatever.
Advice to Senior Management – I have no advice except stop the discrimination with CNA's vs. RN's We all put our pants on the same way.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
