    Pros

Great Sales Team (acct reps). Respectful and helpful to eachother most of the time

    Cons

Local management team is a disaster. The corporate culture must teach local managers to lead by intimidation otherwise certain individuals would no longer be working there. Even after multiple complaints and an HR investigation, senior management remains in place.....hmmmmm.

Have seen many highly qualified and successful reps leave for 1 reason only; management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing said would make a difference - not sure why.

    Pros

Nice people that were nice to work with
Easy work and never really made me do too much
Wanted to keep me on to work in sales

    Cons

General Manager was not interested in anything
People who were there for a long time felt they owned the place

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should listen more to their employees and not take things away from there sales staff and just give them to others. They need to work with the people that sell and not just treat them like they are disposible.
