    Pros

Very young coworkers, nice people from all around latin america. A lot of contacting internal and external stakeholders.

    Cons

Too high workload. No time for yourself after work. Not a fixed time to leave the office so most people stays late.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire the ones dont add value to the company. Please minimize burocracy.

I worked at Lan Airlines full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Company is growing very fast. They are very efficient. Leadership is great (mostly ex-McKinsey and alike). There is an amazing environment of camaraderie.

    Cons

They do not fire people that they should have done so. Many people can grow and stay in the company just by tenure. Salaries are not that great and many people for better financial opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be mindful with the cultural challenges of the merge with TAM. Pay more attention to retention -increase salaries and be more flexible with compensation-
