compensation is decent - then capped out - no raise unless across the board increase

Cons

they treat you not as an important part of a team - simply replaceable - NO SICK TIME -
vacation time is very minimum - benefits are very expensive.

Advice to Senior Management

Why did you stop caring about the company ? its anything goes now..............need to take a closer
look at your management team you have running the company !
