“do not care about employees”
I have been working at Landry's
Pros – easy to transfer if moving and if willing to move easy to get into managment
Cons – They care only about the profit. They are not in bussiness to keep employee or guest happy. They are business to make money off other chains that are going under. Real life Monoploy game.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employee well and they will work hard and honest for you. Treat them poorly and they will do everything in their power to get back at you.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
