Pros

Landry's is good at one thing: Taking over struggling concepts, installing technology that allows them to look into the operation from great distances, and forcing systems and processes into the operation to squeeze every last penny out of the unit. Home Office support is helpful.

Cons

Absent of any meaningful mission or core values that rally's people behind the cause.

Advice to Management

For the fast motivated kind of person. Room to move up and around if you show that you are hard working.

    Cons

Harder to get into management unless you relocate to help open a store.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget what it is like to work for minimum wages.

I have been working at Landry's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent architectural building and well designed interior but management is at zero due the fact that management favor hiring their nephews, nic

    Cons

The management is at zero due to the fact that nepotism is high in this place. The nephews, nieces, families of the managers and sons of the high rank officials in the corporation are hired for comfort of the general manager in order to be pleasing the corporation.

    Advice to Management

While the managers may feel they benefited, they ultimately need to take a step back & look at how they are managing according to their who knows who amongst them & beyond them. The company will do better with workers survey and not shoppers who benefits company.
