Creative people, bad management.

Associate Designer (Current Employee)
Dodgeville, WI

ProsOpportunity to grow in Canvas environment, as things are still being defined for the brand.
Creative people in work environment.

ConsHaving creative, talented people who are unable to update the aesthetic of the brand as well as changing any types of processes to facilitate efficiency.
Driving two hours a day from the small city of Madison to the remote town of Dodgeville.
Poor upper management that is unqualified and does not harvest growth in their departments.
No investment in individual growth or incentives to strive harder to make the brand more relevant.
Office is outdated and not conducive for creative thinking.
Food is sub par in cafeteria- not many restaurants to dine at besides fast food.
